Lecterns
Lecterns are reading desks, usually with a slanted top, on which your speaking notes can be placed. Product demonstrations can draw a lot of good attention from potential customers; if you have one planned during the course of the event then a lectern is a fantastic furniture choice. A lectern will add a more professional feel to your public speaking, unlike standing shabbily rustling through notes.
Display Counters
A display counter can be used for various of purposes such as displaying your products,  holding promotion leaflets, or as a reception counter for staff to greet incoming visitors. If you’re using a display counter as a product display it’s very important to pick one that is attractive and will work with your other exhibition displays without overpowering the product placed upon it. You must also be aware of the size and weight baring capacity of display counter, if it will not hold your product it will be all but useless.
Computer plinths
If you will need to use a computer or laptop at the event to take peoples information, or possibly to control a LCD screen running visual advertisement on an exhibition stand, a computer plinth is a good choice of exhibition furniture to hold it.  Having a random laptop sitting on a chair or the floor could seem a bit untidy.
Seating

You should make visitors to your exhibit space to feel welcome and at ease, giving them a seat will also make it less easy for them to leave whilst you are giving a sales pitch. You want your exhibit space to be inviting for potential customers to come and view your products and talk to your staff. You need to leave enough space for attendies to browse around your displays without feeling claustrophobic.
